Why we're building Los Cabos Rental
Finding a long-term place in Los Cabos still runs through Facebook groups and WhatsApp. It can be simpler.
The problem
Most long-term rentals here are posted in Facebook groups. The same unit gets reposted again and again, often without a lease term, and sometimes with prices in dollars and pesos that don't match.
We're building one app where renters, landlords and agents can find each other, talk, and sign a lease, in English or Spanish.

Mario grew up in Los Angeles and lives in Los Cabos. He started building the app after seeing how much of the local long-term rental market runs through Facebook group posts.
Where things stand
The first version of the app is built but not public yet. It will open in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, the Corridor and El Tezal, and the waitlist hears first.
